  2. By sharing content with us, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it solely for providing our services.

  1. Both parties agree to keep all non-public information exchanged during the provision of services confidential.
  2. Certain information may be disclosed to third-party contractors solely for service fulfillment, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Outstanding fees for services already rendered will remain payable.
  2. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

    • Actions that compromise our company’s reputation

7. Limitation of Liability
